THE SOUTHEAST MORRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY NOTICE OF AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT Public Notice is hereby given that on March 19, 2026, The Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority adopted a Resolution authorizing execution of Professional Service Contract with French & Parrello Associates for the provision of professional engineering consulting services for interim division oversight. The contract is to be performed at a cost to SMCMUA estimated not to exceed $250,000.00, as more particularly set forth in the aforesaid Resolution, copies of which are on file and available for public inspection in the office of SMCMUA, 19 Saddle Road, Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, and in the respective offices of the Clerks of the Township of Morris, the Township of Hanover, the Town of Morristown and the Borough of Morris Plains.
