THE SOUTHEAST MORRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY NOTICE OF CONTRACT AMENDMENT FOR EXTRAORDINARY UNSPECIFIABLE SERVICES Public Notice is hereby given that on May 21, 2026, The Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority (SMCMUA) adopted a resolution authorizing an increase to the maximum contract amount for Engineering Resource Group. This contract was originally awarded without competitive bidding as an Extraordinary Unspecifiable Service (EUS) in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(ii). The precise nature, duration, specific services and the amount to be charged are more particularly set forth in the resolution and the contract, copies of which are on file and available for public inspection in the office of SMCMUA, 19 Saddle Road, Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, and in the respective offices of the Clerks of the Township of Morris, the Township of Hanover, the Town of Morristown and the Borough of Morris Plains.
