NOTICE OF SHERIFF SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Vanderburgh County Superior Court in Cause No. 82D05-2508-MF-005367 wherein German American Bank, was Plaintiff, and Jeremy D. Kinchel and Professional & Business Collections, LLC were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of February 2026 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, via www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Lot Six (6) in John N. Robinson's Subdivision of Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Fifteen (15), Township Six (6) South, Range Ten (10) West in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, an Addition to the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book I, Page 285 in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuations or appraisement laws. Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as 82D05-2508-MF-005367 in the Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
