By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Vanderburgh County Superior Court, Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No. 82D07-2509-MF-005963 wherein Planet Home Lending, LLC was Plaintiff, and Vanderburgh County Treasurer, City of Evansville, Indiana, Credit Corp Solutions Inc, Hoosier Account Services, Theresa Kidd, LVNV Funding LLC, Debra Powell, Jimmie O. Powell, Tommie L. Powell, Service Finance Company, LLC. , were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28TH day of May, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeussauction.com the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana:
