TOHO BOARD OF SUPERVISORS 2026 MEETING SCHEDULE Please be advised pursuant to Section 189.417 Florida Statutes that, the Board of Supervisors of the Tohopekaliga Water Authority, an independent special district of the State of Florida ("TOHO"), has adopted a schedule of regular meetings for calendar year 2026 as set forth below, on the second Wednesday of each month, excluding January and November. These regular meetings of TOHO, and the two Budget Workshops, will be held in the Bruce R. Van Meter Boardroom, First Floor, 951 Martin Luther King Boulevard, Kissimmee, Florida, commencing at 5.00pm. JANUARY 21 FEBRUARY 11 MARCH 11 APRIL 8 MAY 13 JUNE 10 JUNE 24 (Capital Budget Workshop) JULY 8 AUGUST 12 AUGUST 26 (Operating Budget Workshop) SEPTEMBER 9 OCTOBER 14 NOVEMBER 18 DECEMBER 9 The purpose of these meetings will be to consider any matter deemed appropriate by TOHO, with the two Workshop dates also focused on Capital / Operating Budget as indicated above. Any person deciding to appeal any decision of the Tohopekaliga Water Authority Board of Supervisors with respect to any matter considered at these meetings will need a record of the proceedings. For such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Copies of proposed Resolutions of TOHO, as well as the Agendas, may be obtained from the Executive Office, 951 Martin Luther King Boulevard, Kissimmee, Florida 34741.
