TOWN OF CATLIN PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I, Yvonne M. Cutler, the undersigned Collector of Taxes of the Town of Catlin, Chemung County, New York, has duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Catlin for the year 2026 and said taxes may be paid at any branch of Chemung Canal Trust Company Bank during regular banking hours with the original tax bill from January 2, 2026 to March 31, 2026. Taxes may also be paid on-line at www.chemungcountyny.gov. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that taxes may be paid on or before February 2, 2026, without penalty or interest. On all taxes received after such date there shall be added interest of one percent through March 2, 2026, and an additional one percent interest, plus an additional Two Dollars ($2.00) penalty, through March 31, 2026 pursuant to Section 987 of the Real Property Tax Law. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of the Law, the tax roll of the Town of Catlin will be returned to the County Treasurer of the County of Chemung on the 6th day of April 2026 or shortly there after.
