TOWN OF CLAYTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of Supervisors of the Town of Clayton will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, June 3, 2025, in the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 8348 Hickory Ave, Larsen, WI 54947. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment regarding the following amendments to the Town's Subdivision Ordinance, Chapter 7.10 as follows: The proposed amendments are being initiated by the Town which result in modifications to the text of Chapter 7.10 including provisions for: Various amendments to address requirements of WI Act 68. Modifications to renumbered and updated policy names, ordinances, and statutes. Modifications throughout to standardize jurisdiction in the Town and remove references to areas beyond Town control. Changes that reduce number of copies required for Town reviews to align with current practice and preference of digital files. Copies of the proposed amendments are available at the Town Hall, or by contacting the Town Clerk at (920) 836-2007. All interested parties and any objections to this request being granted will be heard at the Public Hearings.
