TOWN OF DIGHTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 41, Section 81T, the Dighton Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM in Town Hall, 979 Somerset Avenue, Lower Level, Dighton on the petition of Antone P. Roderick for the approval of a 2-lot Definitive Subdivision entitled Hart's Memory located at 728 Hart Street, Dighton shown as Dighton Assessor's Map 20, Lot 100-1. The proposed 2-lot subdivision is located in a Residential/Agricultural District. Copies of the application and plan may be requested by email at keasterday@dighton-ma.gov or by visiting the Town of Dighton Planning Board's website. Any person wishing to be heard on the above application should appear at the time and place designated for the public hearing.
