L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Town of Douglas Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw: Request for Determination of Applicability, as requested by David & Ginelle Payne for proposed work located at 69 Woodland Rd, Map-Parcel(s): 237-22. The proposed project is for installing deck and landscaping in an existing yard area around a permitted and completed inground pool. The Public Meeting will be held on May 18, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the Municipal Center, Resource Room, 29 Depot St, Douglas, MA.
