TOWN OF DUDLEY Public Hearing – Monday, April 6, 2026 6:50 PM Dudley Town Hall, Selectmen's Meeting Room 71 West Main Street, Dudley FY 2021 CDBG Public Hearing – Proposed Grant Amendment The Dudley Board of Selectmen will conduct a Public Hearing during its scheduled meeting on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 6:50 PM at the Dudley Town Hall, 71 West Main Street, Selectmen's Meeting Room. The hearing will include discussion of a proposed amendment to Dudley's FY 2021 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), an $800,000 award, including 1) engineering design and construction for public works infrastructure in a predominantly residential neighborhood on First Avenue in Dudley; and 2) a housing rehabilitation program for eligible low-to-moderate income residents in Dudley. A potential grant amendment is proposed to transfer up to appx. $129,000 total in unspent construction and/or uncommitted housing rehabilitation grant funds for use with program delivery, administration, design, and/or construction of one or more possible architectural barrier removal projects to improve access for disabled persons or blight elimination at such public assets as: Town Hall entranceway and miscellaneous interior access improvements, and/or sidewalks and other public works infrastructure in the Oxford Avenue area including nearby residential streets. The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) provides grant administration and project management assistance to the Town of Dudley.
