SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT
400 WESTAGE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Chapter 150-97B. of the Code of the Town of Fishkill, the Town of Fishkill Planning Board (Planning Board) will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the Francois R. Cross Meeting Room located in the lobby of the Town of Fishkill Town Hall, 807 Route 52, Fishkill, NY 12524 for the proposal known as 400 Westage - Site Development Plan Amendment, identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 6155-00-955561 located at 400 Westage Business Center Drive, consisting of 7.62 acres in the PSC (Planned Shopping Center) Zoning District for the following approval:
Site Development Plan Approval (Town Code Chapter 150-97B.) - Applicant seeks to amend the existing Site Development Plan Approval for 400 Westage to construct a four-story, 24,000 SF building addition, paved loading area, porte-cochère, curbed island, and to realign the main entrance and subsurface stormwater detention at the existing medical facility located at 400 Westage Business Center Drive.
All interested persons will be heard by the Planning Board of the Town of Fishkill at the public hearing to be held as aforesaid. For any persons unable to attend the public hearing, email comments may be submitted in advance to dcolonna@fishkill-ny.gov.
