Notice is hereby given on Sunday, March 8, 2026 that the Town of Forest Planning Commission will meet on Monday, March 23 at 8pm at the Town of Forest Town Hall located at N5739 Co Rd W, Mt. Calvary, WI 53057.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider a rezoning request from William and Tammy Bowe on behalf of Jacob Bowe regarding property located on Pit Road. The property owners are requesting to rezone 1.5 acres of land from Farmland Preservation to Residential.
The portion of land that would be affected is as follows: Parcel number: T10-15-19-09-13-001-00. Legal Description as follows: S9 T15N R19E PT OF E 1/2 SE 1/4 COM AT NE COR TH S 1319.54' TO SE COR NE 1/4 SE 1/4 TH W 1299.17' S 670.69' N63*16'27"W 65.73' N 1959.26' TO NW COR NE 1/4 SE 1/4 E 1359.42' TO BEG AS REC 780308 42.01A, Town of Forest, Fond du Lac County.
The recommendation from the Town of Forest Planning Commission Board will be conveyed to the Town of Forest Town Board and voted upon at the regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 7pm.
Immediately following, the Town of Forest Board of Appeals will meet to consider a variance request from Jerry and Rhonda Lulloff to request a variance of 35 feet into the Class 1 Highway setback at N5691 Wagner Road.
The portion of land that would be affected is as follows: Parcel number: T10-15-19-28-03-004-00 Legal Description as follows: S28 T15N R19E LOT 1 CSM 9151 REC AS DOC 1209735 LOC IN SW 1/4 NE ¼, Town of Forest, Fond du Lac County.
The Town of Forest Board of Appeals will have the final say on this matter.
