TOWN OF FREETOWN CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Freetown Conservation Commission will hold a hybrid hearing on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. to review a Notice of Intent as follows: Submitted by: Fred Cook; Property Owner: Tchoup Real Estate Mgmt. LLC; Represented by Rick Charon, P.E.; Scope of work: Proposed construction of a new single-family home with septic system and associated site work located within FEMA flood zone AE (El.14') and partially within buffer zone of salt marsh. Also proposing to allow the Highway Department to install a storm drain system to collect storm water that currently bisects the lot and redirect via a new easement to the ame discharge point at the southwest corner of the lot.; Location: Central Avenue, Assonet Bay Shores, Map 101 Lot 10.1 (portion of lot 10). Due to ongoing COVID-19 concerns, this meeting will be held hybrid in person at the Police Station Community Room, 15 Memorial Drive and online at Zoom.us.
