TOWN OF HOLDEN BEACH, NORTH CAROLINA NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOND REFERENDUM

TOWN OF HOLDEN BEACH, NORTH CAROLINA NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOND REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of intention of the Town of Holden Beach, North Carolina to call for a referendum on November 4, 2025, to approve the issuance of bonds of the Town of Holden Beach, North Carolina which will be for the following purpose and in the following maximum amount. $7,300,000 of bonds to finance the capital costs of the demolition and removal of the existing pier and construction of a new pier, including any improvements related thereto. Taxes will be levied for the payment of the bonds. At said referendum the question will be stated whether the order authorizing bonds shall be approved. The last day for registration for the referendum is October 10, 2025.
