TOWN OF KENNEBUNKPORT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held at the Kennebunkport Village Fire Station at 32 North Street on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., by the Kennebunkport Select Board where the Select Board will review, discuss, take public comment on and vote on whether to authorize a proposed administrative consent agreement between the Town and the Tides Beach Club, LLC ("the Tides") fully resolving a legal dispute resulting from the Town's issuance of a Notice of Violation on May 15, 2025 concerning two parcels owned by the Tides located on Kings Highway, in Kennebunkport, Maine, identified as Kennebunkport Tax Map 35, Block 12, Lot 2 and Map 35, Block 10, Lot 31. Copies of the proposed administrative consent agreement, including exhibits and reciprocal licenses to be entered into by the Town and the Tides as part of the agreement, are available for inspection at the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town's website at www.kennebunkportme.gov/PublicHearingNotices.
