The Lancaster Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Nashaway Meeting Room, Lancaster Town Hall, 2nd Floor, Prescott Building, 701 Main Street, Lancaster MA, on Thursday, March 26th, at 7:00 PM to hear and act upon the following matter:
A petition by CAAM Realty Trust c/o Amie Avila,16 Harvard Road, Lancaster, MA 01523 for the following:
A request for a Special Permit, Pursuant to The Town of Lancaster's Zoning Bylaw use regulation schedule 220-7C Unlisted Uses. The petitioner is requesting use of an accessory structure for food processing. This use is unlisted in the Town of Lancaster Use Regulation Schedule §220-8 .
The proposed site is located at 16 Harvard Road, Lancaster MA 01523, is zoned in a district identified in the Town of Lancaster Zoning Bylaw as Residential and is identified by the Town Assessor as Map 34 Parcel 139.
