The Lancaster Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Nashaway Meeting Room, Lancaster Town Hall, 2nd Floor, Prescott Building, 701 Main Street, Lancaster MA, on Thursday, June 25th, at 7:00 PM to hear and act upon the following matter:
A petition by Cadette & Nadreau Realty, 456 Main St, Leominster MA 01453 (owner) and Triumph Modular, Inc., 1 Technology Park Dr. Westford, MA 01886 (applicant) for the following:
A request for a Special Permit, Pursuant to The Town of Lancaster's Zoning Bylaw use regulation schedule 220-7C Unlisted Uses. The petitioner is requesting approximately forty (40) modular building units to be stored on the property. This use is unlisted in the Town of Lancaster Use Regulation Schedule §220-8 .
The proposed site is located at 35 McGovern Blvd, Lancaster MA 01523, is zoned in a district identified in the Town of Lancaster Zoning Bylaw as Enterprise District Retail Sub-District (EZA) and is identified by the Town Assessor as Map 14 Parcel 4F.
