The Town of Lancaster's Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing via zoom and in the Nashaway Meeting Room, the Prescott Building 2nd, floor, 701 Main Street, Lancaster, MA, on Monday April 13, 2026 at 7:00 PM to hear and act upon the following:
A petition by Cadette & Nadreau Realty, LLC c/o John Nadreau, 456 Main St., Leominster, MA, and The Shed Guyz c/o Adrian Chamoro, 25 Mohawk Dr., Leominster, for the following:
Request for a Special Permit pursuant to §220-8.5 A (Retail, Service & Office Uses) relative to the display and sale of prebuilt outdoor sheds on the currently vacant lot located at 1497 Lunenburg Rd. All sales will be conducted outside of a building, and no indoor office space will be on site. Signage will instruct the public that sales will be by appointment only.
The property is located at 1497 Lunenburg Rd, Lancaster, MA, in the Retail Sub-district (EZA) and Flexible Design 1 Zoning Districts, and the Solar Overlay District, and is identified on the Town Assessor's office as Map 14, Parcel 4.C.
