The Lancaster Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing via Zoom and in the Nashaway Meeting Room, Lancaster Town Hall, 2nd Floor, Prescott Building, 701 Main Street, Lancaster MA, on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM to hear and act upon the following matter:
A petition by Dennis Ciccone, Clinton (petitioner) and Kimberly Oliveira (owner) of 2031 North Main Street, Lancaster, MA 01523 for the following:
A request for a Variance relief from frontage requirement for the construction of a single family home pursuant to the Town of Lancaster's Zoning Bylaw §220-51.
The proposed site is located at 2031 North Main St, Lancaster MA 01523, is zoned in a district identified in the Town of Lancaster Bylaw as Residential and is identified by the Town Assessor as Map 24 Parcel 84.
