TOWN OF LEICESTER Public Hearing – Tuesday, December 2, 2025 6:00 PM Leicester Town Hall 3 Washburn Square, Leicester, MA 01524 Meeting Room 3 FY 2021 CDBG Performance Hearing The Leicester Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing during its scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 18, at 6:00 PM at the Leicester Town Hall, 3 Washburn Square, Leicester, MA 01524 in Meeting Room 3. The hearing will review the status of projects funded through Leicester's regional FY 2021 Community Development Block Grant with the Town of Barre, an $896,971 grant award, which includes funding for a regional Housing Rehabilitation program, engineering design and construction of site work improvements at the Leicester Housing Authority, an infrastructure study of South Barre, and an ADA plan for the Town of Barre. The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) provides grant administration and project management assistance to the Town of Leicester. All persons and organizations with questions or comments will have an opportunity to be heard.
