TOWN OF MATTAPOISETT CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Mattapoisett Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday October 27th at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall on a Notice of Intent submitted by: Joseph Delgado of 9 Hollywoods Road Mattapoisett, Massachusetts. The proposed project will include the removal of approximately 17,900 s.f of wooded vegetation, with 15,400 s.f of wooded vegetation removal taking place within the 100-Foot Buffer Zone. The proposed project will also include restoration measures for previous tree removal within LSCSF the property owner performed on the property equating to approximately 10,950 s.f. The project is located at 7 Hollywoods Road Mattapoisett, Massachusetts and is furthered identified as Lot 161 on Assessor Map 3. October 17 2025 LNEO0389035
