TOWN OF MAYNARD SELECT BOARD PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with G.L. c. 138, § 77, the Maynard Select Board (the "Board") hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing being held on May 6, 2026 at 7:30pm at Maynard Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA, 01754, Michael J Gianotis Meeting Room (No 201) to give Maynard Liquors (the "Licensee"), located at 86 Powder Mill Road, Maynard, MA 01754, and/or its representative(s) an opportunity to update the Board regarding its failure to conduct the business licensed under G.L. c. 138, § 15 to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption off premises.
The Licensee risks cancellation of its license for failure to conduct the licensed business under G.L. c. 138, § 77 unless it: (1) begins operating the licensed business; (2) files an appropriate application to transfer the location of the license where the licensee will conduct the licensed business; or (3) files an appropriate application to transfer the ownership of the license to a licensee that will conduct the licensed business.
