TOWN OF MINISINK PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Minisink Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Article III of the Land Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Minisink and Section 276 of the Town Law of the State of New York on July 22, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter can be held) at Minisink Town Hall, 20 Roy Smith Drive, Westtown, New York, on the application of Paul Lattimer for approval of a 3-lot residential subdivision. The property involved is located on the east side of Grusz Road in the Town of Minisink and is shown on the Town Tax Map as Section 11, Block 1, Lot 44.22. The property consists of approximately 24.20 acres in the AR Zoning District. Lot 1 is proposed to be 18.31 acres for the existing single family dwelling; Lot 2 is proposed to be 2.92 acres and Lot 3 is proposed to be 2.97 acres for the construction of new 4-bedroom dwellings, individual wells, and below grade sanitary disposal systems.
Plans can be reviewed at Town Hall located at 20 Roy Smith Drive, Westtown, New York. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard by the Planning Board at the Public Hearing.
