TOWN OF MORRISTOWN MORRIS COUNTY, NJ PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 2025, c.72, all legal notices required by law for the Town of Morristown will be published on the Town's official website starting March 1, 2026. The complete text of each legal notice will be available free of charge at https://www.townofmorristown.org/bids with a direct link from the home page (https://www.townofmorristown.org) entitled "RFQ/RFP & Legal Notices". Notices will continue to be published in the Town's designated newspaper as required under the Open Public Meetings Act N.J.S.A. 10:4-6-21 until March 1, 2026, after which posting on the Town of Morristown's website will serve as the primary publication method. This notice will continue to be published twice a month through December 31, 2026. Beginning March 1, 2026, the Town of Morristown will transition to electronic publication of all future legal notices as authorized under the statute. The New Jersey Secretary of State shall establish and maintain a legal notice webpage by March 1, 2026; it will be available for viewing on the Town's public notice page at https://www.townofmorristown.org/bids.
