TOWN OF NORWELL Legal Notice Pursuant to General Laws, c. 131 §40 (the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act), Chapter 61 of the Norwell Town Code (Wetland Bylaw), Chapter 65 of the Norwell Town Code (Stormwater Bylaw) and their implementing regulations, the Norwell Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 6:30PM in the Norwell Town Hall, 93 Longwater Circle, Room 220, Norwell, MA, regarding a: - Notice of Intent submitted by Brian Murphy of Norwell, MA for a project involving the razing of (2) buildings, construction of a detached garage & a driveway extension that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 997 Main Street in Norwell, MA (Map 16C, Block 52, Lot 2). - Notice of Intent submitted by Monique Souza of Norwell, MA for a project involving the removal & management of the invasive phragmites along the North River that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 98 Meadowbrook Road in Norwell, MA (Map 28D, Block 77, Lot 16 & 17).
