TOWN OF NORWELL Legal Notice Pursuant to General Laws, c. 131 §40 (the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act), Chapter 61 of the Norwell Town Code (Wetland Bylaw), Chapter 65 of the Norwell Town Code (Stormwater Bylaw) and their implementing regulations, the Norwell Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 6:30PM in the Norwell Town Hall, 93 Longwater Circle, Room 220, Norwell, MA, regarding a: Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Kristen O'Neil of Norwell, MA for a project involving the paving of an existing gravel path that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 28 Beers Avenue in Norwell, MA (Map 12D, Block 25, Lot 79). All hearings start at 7:00pm. Further Details & Plans for this project are on file in the Conservation Office and may be viewed Mon-Thurs (8-4), Wed (8-7), and Fri (8-12).
