Legal Notice
Pursuant to General Laws, c. 131 §40 (the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act), Chapter 61 of the Norwell Town Code (Wetland Bylaw), Chapter 65 of the Norwell Town Code (Stormwater Bylaw) and their implementing regulations, the Norwell Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 6:30PM in the Norwell Town Hall, 93 Longwater Circle, Room 220, Norwell, MA, regarding a:
- Notice of Intent submitted by Caroline & Bradford Dear of Norwell, MA for a septic system repair project that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 36 Stony Brook Lane in Norwell, MA (Map 16D, Block 62, Lot 53).
- Notice of Intent submitted by Stephen Dunn of Riverside Development & Builders, LLC for a project involving construction of a new single-family home, including stormwater management & site work that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 180 Circuit Street in Norwell, MA (Map 20D, Block 67, Lot 2).
- Land Disturbance Permit Application submitted by Stephen Dunn of Riverside Development & Builders, LLC for stormwater management and erosion control in connection to the razing of a single-family home and construction of two single-family homes with associated site work at 180 Circuit Street in Norwell, MA (Map 20D, Block 67, Lot 2).
- Notice of Intent submitted by Michael Bulman of Bulman Marina in Norwell for a project involving the raze & rebuild of a retention wall at the North River that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 80 King's Landing in Norwell, MA (Map 22A, Block 61, Lot 35).
- Abbreviated Notice of Resource Delineation submitted by Ellen Fulton of Scituate, MA for approval of a proposed wetland resource delineation on land located at 121 Old Oaken Bucket Road in Norwell (Map 9A, Block 11, Lot 27).
All hearings start at 7:00pm.
