TOWN OF NORWELL Legal Notice Pursuant to General Laws, c. 131 §40 (the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act), Chapter 61 of the Norwell Town Code (Wetland Bylaw), Chapter 65 of the Norwell Town Code (Stormwater Bylaw) and their implementing regulations, the Norwell Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 6:30PM in the Norwell Town Hall, 93 Longwater Circle, Room 220, Norwell, MA, regarding a: - Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Susan Sulc of Hanover, MA for a septic system repair project that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 59 Stetson Road in Norwell, MA (Map 29A, Block 76, Lot 38). - Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Shane Gokey of the Norwell Highway Department for a project involving the removal of a blocked drainage pipe and naturalized restoration that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 42 Centennial Way in Norwell, MA (Map 24A, Block 65, Lot 17). - Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Ralph Iannino of Norwell, MA for a project involving the construction of a garage & shed, and expansion of a gravel driveway that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 33 Black Pond Hill Road in Norwell, MA (Map 8B, Block 9, Lot 78). - Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by James Rodriguez of Halifax, MA for a project involving construction of an access road for timber harvesting that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at Mount Blue Street in Norwell, MA (Map 2D, Block 5, Lot 17).
