TOWN OF NORWELL Legal Notice Pursuant to General Laws, c. 131 §40 (the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act), Chapter 61 of the Norwell Town Code (Wetland Bylaw), Chapter 65 of the Norwell Town Code (Stormwater Bylaw) and their implementing regulations, the Norwell Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 6:30PM in the Norwell Town Hall, 93 Longwater Circle, Room 220, Norwell, MA, regarding a: - Land Disturbance Permit Application submitted by Jett Foundation of Plymouth, MA for stormwater management and erosion control in connection to Phase I of a project that includes the razing of a barn and construction of a retreat center, driveway, parking lot, utilities, rain gardens and detention center with associated site work at 390/390B Circuit Street in Norwell, MA (Map 21C, Block 59, Lot 37). All hearings start at 7:00pm. Further Details & Plans for this project are on file in the Conservation Office and may be viewed Mon-Thurs (8-4), Wed (8-7), and Fri (8-12).
