TOWN OF NORWELL Legal Notice Pursuant to General Laws, c. 131 §40 (the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act), Chapter 61 of the Norwell Town Code (Wetland Bylaw), Chapter 65 of the Norwell Town Code (Stormwater Bylaw) and their implementing regulations, the Norwell Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 6:30PM in the Norwell Town Hall, 93 Longwater Circle, Room 220, Norwell, MA, regarding a: - Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Jessica Bahros of Norwell, MA for a septic system repair project that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 430 Main Street in Norwell, MA (Map 20B, Block 56, Lot 19). All hearings start at 7:00pm. Further Details & Plans for this project are on file in the Conservation Office and may be viewed Mon-Thurs (8-4), Wed (8-7), and Fri (8-12).
