TOWN OF NORWELL Legal Notice Pursuant to General Laws, c. 131 §40 (the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act), Chapter 61 of the Norwell Town Code (Wetland Bylaw), Chapter 65 of the Norwell Town Code (Stormwater Bylaw) and their implementing regulations, the Norwell Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 6:30PM in the Norwell Town Hall, 93 Longwater Circle, Room 220, Norwell, MA, regarding a: - Notice of Intent submitted by Joseph & Molly Urban of Norwell, MA for a project involving the construction of an addition and landscaping that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 46 Leonard Lane in Norwell, MA (Map 26D, Block 74, Lot 41). All hearings start at 7:00pm. Further Details & Plans for this project are on file in the Conservation Office and may be viewed Mon-Thurs (8-4), Wed (8-7), and Fri (8-12).
