TOWN OF NORWELL Legal Notice Pursuant to General Laws, c. 131 §40 (the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act), Chapter 61 of the Norwell Town Code (Wetland Bylaw), Chapter 65 of the Norwell Town Code (Stormwater Bylaw) and their implementing regulations, the Norwell Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 6:30PM in the Norwell Town Hall, 93 Longwater Circle, Room 220, Norwell, MA, regarding a: - Notice of Intent submitted by Stephen Dunn of Riverside Development & Builders, LLC for a project involving razing of a single-family house, construction of two new single-family homes, including driveways, stormwater management & site work that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 107 Wildcat Lane in Norwell, MA (Map 24B, Block 68, Lots 1 & 2). - Land Disturbance Permit Application submitted by Stephen Dunn of Riverside Development & Builders, LLC for stormwater management and erosion control in connection to the razing of a single-family house, construction of two new single-family homes, including driveways, stormwater management & associated site work at 107 Wildcat Lane in Norwell, MA (Map 24B, Block 68, Lots 1 & 2). All hearings start at 7:00pm. Further Details & Plans for this project are on file in the Conservation Office and may be viewed Mon-Thurs (8-4), Wed (8-7), and Fri (8-12).
