TOWN OF ORANGETOWN NOTICE OF ADOPTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Orangetown, after a Public Hearing held on the 14th day of July , 2026, adopted Local Law No. 3-A, 2026, adding Chapter 7D (Community Preservation), Article I establishing a Community Preservation Fund and creating a Community Preservation Fund Advisory Board. Local Law No. 3-A, 2026, as adopted and approved, has been filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Orangetown, Town Hall, 26 W.
