NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 252 of the Town of Sudbury Bylaws (Stormwater Management, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 7:30 PM as a Virtual Meeting if allowed under the Open Meeting Law or, if not permitted, the meeting will be held in the Lower Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts, regarding a Stormwater Management Permit application submitted by The Bina Farm, Inc., (Applicant and Owner), to improve utility use, create a 10-space gravel parking lot, restripe existing parking areas, install ten (10) sheds, and associated improvements which will disturb approximately 7,110 square feet of land, including approximately 1,260 square feet on slopes greater than 10%, with a proposed net increase in impervious area of approximately 5,169 square feet on an approximately 15.62 acre property located at 0, 30 and 38 Field Road (Assessor's Maps B10-0304, B10-0305 and B10-0128), Single Residence A-1, and Water Resource Protection Overlay District Zone III Zoning Districts.
Application materials are available in the Planning and Community Development Department and may be inspected during regular office hours.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed application should appear at the time and place designated.
