TOWN OF SUDBURY PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Sudbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 7:30 PM as a Virtual Meeting if allowed under the Open Meeting Law or, if not permitted, the meeting will be held in the Lower Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts, on the application of Victor Garofolo, Assistant Town Manager, Applicant and Town of Sudbury, Owner, for Site Plan Review under Town of Sudbury Zoning Bylaw Section 6300 and a Stormwater Management Permit under Town of Sudbury General Bylaw Chapter 252, for field improvements to Frank Feeley Athletic Field 1 and Field 2, to include reconstructing natural grass softball field, irrigation system, ADA accessible walkway, dugouts, spectator seating, retaining wall, fencing, and associated improvements, including landscaping, which will disturb approximately 123,000 square feet of land, including 4,659 square feet on slopes greater than 10%, with a proposed net increase in impervious area of approximately 5,514 square feet, on an approximately 18 acre parcel located at 200 Raymond Road (Assessor's Map L08-0012), Single Residence A-1, and Water Resource Protection Overlay District Zone II Zoning Districts. Application materials are available in the Planning and Community Development Department and may be inspected during regular office hours.
