Notice is hereby given that a public meeting in the Town of Utica, County of Winnebago, and State of Wisconsin for the transaction of business as is by law required or permitted to be transacted at such a meeting will be held at the Utica Town Hall, 1730 County Road FF in said Town. Town Board members may be present. To hear testimony for approval of a Conditional Use Permit from property owners Kim and Todd Spittell for parcel numbers: 024-0765 (17.93 acres zoned A2), 024-0766 (27.11 acres zoned A2), and 024-0766-01 (10.31 acres zoned A2). This private property will be used for personal use and for dog training. Dog training will be obedience, upland game and waterfowl. Trainers may be professional trainers, clients, friends and family. The number of dogs seen out in the field may vary from one, to server dogs, with their owners. Dogs will be housed (boarded) in the kennel building, or in the home.
