TOWN OF WAYLAND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Town of Wayland Select Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA and remotely via Zoom (Link will be made available on the day of the meeting at https://www.wayland.ma.us/public-body-meeting-information-virtual-inperson-and-hybrid). The Board of Assessors will present data relative to the setting of FY 2026 Tax Rate and its effect on whether a uniform tax rate will be maintained for residential, commercial, and industrial properties and whether an open space discount and/or residential and/or small commercial exemption will be approved for Fiscal Year 2026. In addition, Town officials responsible for preparing the tax recapitulation submission to the Massachusetts Department of Revenue will review and answer questions from the public concerning the proposed FY 2026 tax rate. Public comment will follow.
