NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board in the Township of Belleville for preliminary and final major site plan approval in order to renovate the interior of an approximately 10,485 square foot tenant space and divide it into two separate tenant spaces with an approximately 7,000 square foot tenant space to be used as a laundromat and the remaining approximately 3,485 square foot tenant space to be occupied by a future tenant at property commonly known as 519 Washington Avenue, and otherwise known as Block 8203, Lots 19 & 20 on the Tax Maps of Belleville. The subject property is located in a B-G Zone and the uses proposed are permitted in the zone. In order to convert the use of the subject property as described above the applicant is requesting preliminary and final major site plan approval and a bulk variance for minimum required parking spaces in addition to any and all other variances or waivers the Board deems necessary for the approval of this application. This application is listed on the Clerk's calendar, and a public hearing has been set for Thursday December 11, 2025 at 6:30 pm at Belleville Town Hall, 152 Washington Avenue, Belleville, New Jersey, second floor (Court Room), at which time you may appear either in person, by agent, or by attorney, and present any comments, questions, or objections which you may have to the granting of this application. Copies of all documents related to this application are available for public inspection at least 10 days before the hearing in the Office of Planning and Development, 152 Washington Avenue, Belleville, New Jersey during normal business hours.
