NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board in the Township of Belleville for minor subdivision approval with associated variance relief in order to subdivide an existing lot into two lots and to demolish all existing structures and to construct two new two-family residential dwellings at the subject property commonly known as 98 Little Street and otherwise known as Block 9801, Lot 15 on the Tax Maps of the Township of Belleville. The subject property is located in a R-B Zone and the two-family residential uses proposed are permitted in the zone. In order to subdivide and develop the subject property as proposed the applicant is requesting minor subdivision approval and bulk variances for minimum required front yard setback in addition to any and all other variances the Board deems necessary for the approval of this application. This application is listed on the Clerk's calendar, and a public hearing has been set for Thursday May 14, 2026 at 6:30 pm at Belleville Town Hall, 152 Washington Avenue, Belleville, New Jersey, second floor (Court Room), at which time you may appear either in person, by agent, or by attorney, and present any comments, questions, or objections which you may have to the granting of this application. Copies of all documents related to this application are available for public inspection at least 10 days before the hearing in the Office of Planning and Development, 152 Washington Avenue, Belleville, New Jersey during normal business hours.
