NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment in the Township of Belleville for preliminary and final major site plan approval in addition to use and bulk variance relief in order to demolish all existing structures on the site and to construct a three-story townhouse development with 9 residential dwelling units at property commonly known as 504 Joralemon Street and otherwise known as Block 4801, Lot 46 on the Tax Maps of the Township of Belleville. The subject property is located in a R-C Zoning District and the proposed townhouse use is not permitted in the zone. In order to improve and use the subject property as proposed the applicant is requesting preliminary and final major site plan approval, a use variance to permit the proposed townhouse use which is not permitted in the R-C Zone and bulk variances for minimum lot width and maximum permitted lot coverage in addition to any and all other variances or waivers that the board deems necessary for approval of this application. This application is listed on the Clerk's calendar, and a public hearing has been set for Thursday July 2, 2026 at 6:00 pm at Belleville Town Hall, 152 Washington Avenue, Belleville, New Jersey, second floor (Court Room), at which time you may appear either in person, by agent, or by attorney, and present any comments, questions, or objections which you may have to the granting of this application. Copies of all documents related to this application are available for public inspection at least 10 days before the hearing in the Office of Planning and Development, 152 Washington Avenue, Belleville, New Jersey during normal business hours.
This notice is sent to you as a property owner within 200 feet of the subject property.
