NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board in the Township of Bloomfield for minor subdivision approval with associated bulk variance relief in order to subdivide an existing lot into two lots at property commonly known as 91 Beach Street and otherwise known as Block 251, Lot 16 on the Tax Maps of the Township of Bloomfield. Should the application be approved a new single-family dwelling would be constructed on Lot 16.01 and the existing single-family dwelling would remain on proposed Lot 16.02. The subject property is located in both the R-1A Zone and the H-D Overlay Bloomfield Green Historic District Zone and the single-family residential uses both existing and proposed are permitted in the zone. In order to subdivide and the subject property as intended the Applicant is requesting minor subdivision approval as well as bulk variances for minimum required front yard setback, minimum required lot width and maximum permitted building coverage in addition to any and all variances or waivers deemed necessary by the board. This application is listed on the Clerk's calendar, and a public hearing has been set for June 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at Bloomfield Town Hall, Council Chambers, 1 Municipal Plaza, 2nd Floor, Bloomfield, New Jersey. Copies of all documents related to this application are available for public inspection at least 10 days before the hearing in the Office of the Planning Board Secretary Amanda Waters, 1 Municipal Plaza, Bloomfield, New Jersey during normal business hours.
