TOWNSHIP OF BORDENTOWN PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF DECISION TOWNSHIP OF BORDENTOWN PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Township of Bordentown has approved Sterling Properties Group, LLC for preliminary and final major site plan approval and an extension of time to file a minor subdivision for the construction of an inclusionary multifamily residential project located on Lots 10-16, 18 and 19 in Block 140 and Lot 4 in Block 141 as shown on the official tax map of the Township of Bordentown. The Board made this determination at the public hearing on November 13, 2025, and memorialized by written Resolution P-2025-20 with adoption by the Board on December 11, 2025.
