TOWNSHIP OF BRICK FIRE DISTRICT NO. 3 NOTICE

TOWNSHIP OF BRICK FIRE DISTRICT NO. 3 NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 3, Township of Brick, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, shall ask the legal voters of said Fire District on Saturday, February 21, 2026, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., or longer if necessary, to approve or disapprove the proposed 2026 Budget. Said voting shall take place at the Herbertsville Fire House, 601 Herbertsville Road, Brick, New Jersey. Fire District No. 3 comprises Election Districts 1, 2, 17, 22, 27, 28, 29, 39, 41, 42, 48, 52, 54, 56 and 57 within the Township of Brick. The legal voters of said Fire District shall also be asked to elect two (2) Commissioners, each for a three (3) year term, to serve on the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 3. The closing date for the filing of a Petition of Nomination with the Clerk of the Board relative to being a candidate for said three (3) year terms shall be on Friday, January 23, 2026.
