TOWNSHIP OF BRICK NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT UNDER AN ALTERNATE PROCUREMENT METHOD Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3), notice is hereby given that the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 1, Township of Brick, County of Ocean, intends to award a contract through participation in the Sourcewell cooperative for the purchase of a Spartan ER Star Series Pumper on a Metro-Star Chassis. Information regarding the contract may be found at the District Office of the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 1, Township of Brick, County of Ocean, located at 253 Brick Boulevard, Brick, New Jersey, during regular business hours. Information on the Sourcewell cooperative can be found on its website at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov. The Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 1, Township of Brick, County of Ocean, anticipates awarding the contract through the Sourcewell cooperative on April 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at Pioneer Hose Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, 312 Drum Point Road, Brick, New Jersey. It is the intent of the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 1, Township of Brick, County of Ocean, to award the contract to Campbell Supply Company, LLC, 1015 Cranbury South River Road, South Brunswick, New Jersey 08831, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell cooperative Request for Bids. The Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 1, Township of Brick, County of Ocean, is permitted to utilize a national cooperative purchasing agreement under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
