TOWNSHIP OF BRICK NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 3, Township of Brick, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, will hold a public hearing on the approved 2026 District budget pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:14-78.2 on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at the Herbertsville Fire House, 601 Herbertsville Road, Brick, New Jersey. At said date, time and place the Board intends to adopt the approved 2026 District budget. All taxpayers of the District and persons having an interest therein shall be given an opportunity to ask questions and to present objections. A complete copy of the approved 2026 District budget shall be available to each person requesting same seven (7) days preceding the public hearing from the District Office, 253 Brick Boulevard, Brick, New Jersey, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or by requesting same via email at dpromisel@brickfire.org.
