TOWNSHIP OF DOWNE COMBINED PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLICATION Please take notice that on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 7:00 pm, the Township of Downe Combined Planning Board will hear an application in the name of Atlantic Cultivators LLC for the purpose of a non-conforming use of property located at 98 & 138 Husted Lane and designated as Block 56, Lots 9 & 9.01 on the Tax Map of Downe Township. The applicant desires to apply for a Minor Site Plan, Minor Subdivision Plan, and a Conditional Use Variance, and any related variances or waivers deemed necessary from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit the applicant to open an outdoor cannabis growing and cultivation operation.
