TOWNSHIP OF EAST HANOVER LAND USE PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPEAL OR APPLICATION NOTICE is hereby given that the Land Use Planning Board of the Township of East Hanover will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 7:00 P.M., in the Main Meeting Room at the Municipal Building, 411 Ridgedale Avenue. East Hanover, New Jersey 07936, to hear the application of Danielle Maria Pisano, for property situated Blocks 138 Lot(s) 25, located at 24 Schoener Road, East Hanover, New Jersey 07936, located in the R-10. Applicant is seeking approval(s) of this is application by the Land Use Planning Board of the Township of East Hanover for minor site plan approval for this matter along with all other necessary variances and or waivers are being sought. Applicant seeks the following specific "C" variances; Sec. 95-46E(2)(a)[1]-Attached garage setback wherein 28.3 foot front yard is proposed and 40 foot is required: Sec. 95-48B(1)-Front yard setback, wherein ordinance requires a 40-foot setback and 28.3 is proposed; Sec. 95-48B(1)-Principal building coverage, wherein ordinance limits principal building coverage to 20% of lot area in R-10 zone and applicant seeks 27.85% coverage. Applicant is seeking Minor site Plan approval pursuant to the Township of East Hanover Land Development Ordinances and Waivers are being sought pursuant to the Application Checklist, to construct a two-story addition to the South side of the home and a one-story addition to the rear of the existing home, additionally, applicant seeks to install a new driveway and front walkways to accommodate the proposed, along with any additional variances that maybe required from the Land Use Planning Board of the Township of East Hanover and all additional waivers or variances necessary for the property commonly known as Blocks 138 Lot(s) 25, located at 24 Schoener Road, East Hanover, New Jersey 07936. including variances, waivers and/or exceptions including and such other waivers, variances and exceptions as required and found to be appropriate by the Board Any interested party may appear in person or by agent or attorney at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the LAND USE PLANNING BOARD.
