Take notice that Ronak Parikh has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Edison for an FAR variance sought to construct an addition to an existing single family dwelling. Variances are requested for Sect. 37-63.1 (16) Maximum Floor Area Ratio where 25% is allowed and 29.88% is proposed and any other variances necessary per said application. Case Z01-2026. Located as Block 1008, Lot 3 on the property known as 61 Livingston Avenue, Edison, NJ, 08820. A public hearing on said application will be held on Tuesday evening February 17, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 100 Municipal Boulevard, Edison, and when the calendar is called, you may appear in person or by attorney and present any objections you may have to the granting of these variances. If you do not have any objections, you do not have to attend this hearing. A copy of the proposed plans and application are on file in the Zoning Office for public review during normal business hours; Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
