ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday evening July 28, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., Amritpreet Kaur (the "Applicant") will appear before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Edison (the "Board") at the Council Chambers, on the first Floor of the Municipal Building, 100 Municipal Boulevard, Edison, New Jersey 08820, for a public hearing concerning his application for a D(4) floor area ratio (F.A.R.) variance, Minor Subdivision and Bulk Variances and/or waivers as more fully described below, relating to property located at 194 Washington Avenue, Edison, New Jersey 08817, more particularly known as Block 63, Lot 18.01, per the tax map of the Township of Edison.
The Applicant is seeking a D(4) variance for F.A.R. and bulk variances for minimum lot area, minimum lot width, minimum front setback and maximum lot coverage in order to subdivide and construct two (2) single family detached residential dwellings on the site per said application, Case # Z02-2026.
The Applicant may also seek such other variances, waivers, exemptions or other relief as may arise or be deemed necessary during the course of the hearing on the application and such other variances, waivers, or exceptions that result from any requested change(s) to the plan by the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Edison.
The application, documents and plans associated therewith are available for inspection during normal business hours; Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 p.m., in the Zoning Office of the Township of Edison, 100 Municipal Boulevard, Edison, New Jersey 08820. All interested persons my attend and be heard at the aforesaid hearing.
