TOWNSHIP OF HOPEWELL LAND USE BOARD CUMBERLAND COUNTY, NJ NOTICE OF DECISION TAKE NOTICE that on a meeting conducted on February 18, 2026, the Township of Hopewell, Cumberland County, New Jersey, Land Use Board adopted Resolution No. 2026-07, in connection with the following matter: Name of Applicant: DMC Supplies, Inc. Description of Application: Application for preliminary and major final site plan approval and waiver relief. Tax Map Reference: Block 63, Lot 1.02 Property Location: Cassidy Court in the Hopewell Township Business Park Zoning Classification: HC (Highway Commercial) Zoning District, designated for redevelopment in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Township Redevelopment Plan for the Hopewell Township Business Park. Date of Hearing to consider application: January 21, 2026 Description of Decision: Preliminary and final major site plan approval and waiver relief granted with respect to the proposed development of a 4,000 square foot building, consisting of 3,000 square feet of warehouse space and 1,000 square feet of retail space, together with assorted site improvements.
